Review by hotel critic
Sandyford Lodge offers a practical haven for business travelers seeking a comfortable and quiet place to work remotely. As I settled into the spacious room, it was clear that thoughtful amenities were in place. The flat-screen TV and reliable Wi-Fi meant I could seamlessly connect for virtual meetings while enjoying a well-deserved break. The location is a strong suit, just a short distance from the Scottish Exhibition and Conference Centre, which made attending my events convenient. the 24-hour reception was handy for any late arrivals or early checks, ensuring I felt supported throughout my stay. Though I appreciated the breakfast being offered at the sister hotel nearby, the option was limited due to my busy schedule. I did find the meals hearty and satisfying when I could partake. The lodge's off-site car park provided a secure option for my vehicle, and the clean, comfortable room allowed me to recharge after long days of work. For anyone looking to balance work and a touch of leisure, Sandyford Lodge proves to be a solid choice in Glasgow. Would I return? Absolutely, for the convenience alone!
